Why Rush Sigma Pi?
Becoming a member of Sigma Pi is more than meets the eye.
The House:
Starting in the fall of 2009, the brothers of Sigma Pi will be living together in a fraternity chapter house. This not only opens up doors as far as functions go, but it provides a common place for the brothers to spend time away from classes, whether that time is studying, cooking out before a razorback football game, or just hanging out.
Social:
Sigma Pi will be hosting several functions this fall including brotherhood events; Alumni cookouts before football games; parties such as Sigloo, Pilander, and many more; and events with sororities on campus.
Scholarship:
Since earning a degree should be your first priority throughout your college career, Sigma Pi is committed to helping brothers that are struggling with any class. Alpha Sigma Chapter has continuously improved its average GPA each semester since colonization, and we don’t plan on stopping now.
Alumni:
Alpha-Sigma Alumni have a broad field of professions that that could help you land internships, and get great contacts in the career fields that you may want to go into.
Dues:
In Sigma Pi we feel like classes are expensive enough, therefore, we have the lowest dues on campus for any Fraternity.
These are just some of the reasons of joining Sigma Pi, we hope you’ll come by the house to learn more about our organization.
Sincerely,
Sean L. Flynn, Recruitment Chairman
Alpha Sigma Chapter, Sigma Pi Fraternity
